Mechanical Installation
Mechanical installation is a comprehensive process that includes the construction of a building’s heating, cooling, ventilation, water supply, sewerage and fire protection systems. We install long-lasting mechanical systems in accordance with NFPA standards, from fire protection systems to underground piping systems, from process lines to pump stations.
Our mechanical installation manufacturing process begins with the design of systems. At this stage, our team of engineers work on details such as system sizing, pipeline layout and equipment arrangements. In line with the calculations, a design model is developed in accordance with local regulations, energy efficiency requirements and the needs of the building.
Following the design phase, materials are selected for mechanical installation systems. Various components such as pipelines, heating and cooling equipment, ventilation systems, pumps and valves are selected in accordance with durability, compatibility and performance criteria.
During the manufacturing process, pipelines are cut, shaped and assembled. Pipelines are cut to the correct dimensions, connections are made and assembled using appropriate methods. Techniques such as welding, soldering and screwing are used at this stage. Installation of heating, cooling, ventilation and other mechanical equipment involves the correct placement of all parts of the system. Installation of equipment such as boilers, air conditioning units, pumps, fans and filters is completed and electrical connections are made.
After the installation process, the installation systems are tested for safety and functionality. Pressure tests and leakage tests are performed to ensure that the system is working properly. If any errors or leaks are detected, necessary corrections are made.
Pipelines and equipment are coated with appropriate insulation materials to save energy and increase system efficiency. In addition, structural elements such as walls, ceilings and floors are also appropriately insulated and coating processes are completed.
