In addition, the disassembly of your storage tanks is carried out on site in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Environmental (E) rules. The construction of storage tanks is shaped according to the purpose of use, capacity, properties of the material to be stored and other requirements. First, the design of the tank is made in a 3D digital environment. During this process, the dimensions of the tank, material selection, wall thickness, connection points and other technical details are determined.
During the design phase, the appropriate material selection is made according to the characteristics of the material to be stored. Different materials such as steel, concrete or polyethylene can be preferred according to the storage purpose and the requirements of the material. Once the design is approved, the manufacturing phase of the storage tank is started. During this process, the materials are cut, combined and the tank is manufactured in accordance with the specified specifications. Manufacturing processes are carried out meticulously by our professional team of experts in their fields.
The manufactured storage tank is transported to the area where it will be installed and the installation process is carried out. At this stage, the tank is placed correctly, connections are made and the necessary equipment is installed. After the installation, the tank is subjected to various tests in terms of leakage, pressure resistance, performance and safety. When these tests are successfully completed, the tank is made ready for use.
