The steel construction manufacturing process begins with the design of the structure in a 3D digital environment. At this stage, our expert engineers prepare the plans and 3D drawings of the project by making static calculations of the structure. During the design stage, the dimensions of the structure, carrying systems, connection details and other technical features are determined. The selection of appropriate steel material is of critical importance at this stage. Structural steel with high strength and workability properties is generally used. Factors such as loads affecting the structure, environmental conditions and budget are taken into account in material selection.
The manufacturing process involves cutting, shaping and assembling structural steel members. This process is usually carried out in the workshop. Steel members are cut to specified dimensions, welded or screwed together and other necessary details are added. During manufacturing, quality control processes are applied and elements such as testing of welds, accuracy of dimensions and surface quality are meticulously inspected.
The manufactured steel elements are transported to the assembly site and the structure is assembled. During the assembly phase, the elements are placed correctly, connections are made and other components are added. After the assembly is completed, other structural elements such as walls, roofs and floors are constructed. Finally, the project is completed by completing the interior and exterior finishing processes of the structure.
