Purpose and Scope of Policy Preparation

The Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 entered into force in 2016, after the protection of personal data became a constitutional right in 2010; It is a legal protection device that shows the procedures and principles on this issue, developed in order to preserve the principle of privacy during the processing of personal data and not to harm fundamental rights and freedoms.

Data controllers, who are obliged to register in the Data Controllers Registry in accordance with Article 16 of the Law No. 6698 (“KVKK” or “Law”), have the obligation to prepare a personal data protection and processing policy in accordance with the personal data processing inventory.

It has been prepared in order to determine the procedures and principles to be applied by the Company regarding the protection and processing of personal data, which we hold as data controller, in accordance with the Law No. 6698 and other legislation.

Definitions

In this lighting text;

Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person,

Law on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”): The Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, which was published in the Official Gazette on April 7, 2016,

Data Processor: The natural or legal person who processes Personal Data on behalf of the data controller, based on the authority given by him,

Data Controller: It refers to the natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system.

Data Controller Your personal data that you share as an employee, customer, supplier and visitor pursuant to KVKK; It will be evaluated within the scope specified below by our company, which is determined as the data controller.

Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data in accordance with Articles 4, 5 and 6 of the KVKK;

• Accurate and up-to-date when needed
• For specific, explicit and legitimate purposes
• Relevant, limited and restrained for the purpose for which they are processed
• It will be processed by our company in connection with the activities listed below, in accordance with the rules of storage for the period required for the purpose for which they are processed or stipulated in the relevant legislation.

Transfer of Personal Data

Pursuant to Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, your personal data may be transferred to third parties (relevant official institutions, business partners) deemed necessary within the framework of the Personal Data processing conditions and purposes, in order to continue the activities of our company, within the above-mentioned purposes.

Collection, Processing, Transfer Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data

Your personal data, by our company

• Job application form and employment contracts
• Photograph, criminal record, residence information, family information taken as per the Labor Law and the operation of our company and stored in the Personnel File
• Health files received under the Labor Law and the Occupational Health and Safety Law
• Account information used for payments

In order for our company to continue its activities based on legal reasons, in accordance with the basic principles stipulated by KVKK, personal data can be collected, processed and transferred for the purposes specified in this Clarification Text within the scope of the processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

Rights of Personal Data Owner

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, everyone can apply to the data controller and;

a) Learning whether their personal data is processed or not,

b) If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,

c) Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose,

ç) To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,

d) Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,

e) Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,

f) Requesting notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

g) Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

h) In case of loss due to the unlawful processing of personal data, it has the right to request that the damage be remedied.

If you fill in the request form on the website of our company regarding your above-mentioned rights or request it in writing, at the latest 30 depending on the nature of your request.
